CORN BREAD PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1/2 green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 sm. can English peas
1 or 2 c. corn

Brown beef, onion, peppers and drain. Add soup, 1/2 can water, peas, corn and seasonings. Simmer 15 minutes. Pour mixture into greased dish.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. cornmeal
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix and pour over meat mixture. Bake at 350-400 degrees about 30 minutes.
