MARSHMALLOW FROSTING | |
2 egg whites 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tbsp. light corn syrup 1/3 c. water 3/4 c. marshmallow creme 1. On top of double boiler combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, syrup and water. 2. Place over boiling water; beat until stiff peaks form, scraping pan occasionally. 3. Remove from heat, add marshmallow creme. 4. Beat until of spreading consistency. |
