8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

TOPPING:

2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. flour
4 tbsp. butter

Cream together cheese and sugar. Add remaining ingredients in order given. Pour batter into 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with topping. After cake is in oven for 15 minutes, swirl topping around in the dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, total.
