BREAD PUDDING 
8 slices bread (thin, low calorie or reg. thin sliced)
1 sm. can Carnation milk with enough reg. milk to make 2 c.
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Beat eggs, add sugar, milk, vanilla, salt and melted butter. Place bread in flat Pyrex dish and pour liquid mixture over bread. You may sprinkle the top with cinnamon or nutmeg, as you prefer and coconut can be added to the liquid mixture if you like; BUT I like it plain with a little spice on top. Raisins can be added also if you like. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
