24 cupcake liners
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry, peach or blueberry pie filling
1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Place liners in cupcake pans. Put vanilla wafer in the bottom of each liner. in small bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
