Any Devils food cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 (9 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. warm water

Mix well, grease bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
