2 large eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. honey
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/3 c. (3 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/8 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 300°F. Mix eggs, sugar, honey and vegetable oil with an electric mixer until blended. Dissolve coffee in 1/2 cup warm water. Mix into batter with orange juice. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice and salt. Mix for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

Bake 65 to 75 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove to rack. Cool 10 minutes. Invert and cool completely.
