SKILLET MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms (optional)
1/4 c. bell pepper (optional)
2 cans stewed tomatoes (may use tomato sauce)
1 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Roll hamburger into bite-size meatballs. Roll meatballs in flour and brown in skillet in small amount of cooing oil. Drain excess drippings and add other ingredients and simmer in covered skillet, about 30 minutes.

Serve with rice or potatoes. May also be put in long baking dish, cover with slices of favorite cheese and bake until cheese begins to melt.
