SHARON'S DIJON CHICKEN 
6 whole chicken breasts, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Italian style bread crumbs
Parsley

Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Combine sour cream and mustard in a shallow dish, mixing well. Dip each chicken breast into mustard mixture and dredge in bread crumbs.

Arrange chicken in a single layer in a baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender. Garnish with parsley.

Serves 6-12.
