CLAM CASSEROLE 
1 can minced clams (7 1/2 oz.), use liquid
1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
Little pepper (NO salt)

Mix together and bake in an ungreased, uncovered casserole for 30 minutes at 350 degrees - dot top with butter. NOTE: May be made with shrimp, salmon, crab meat, instead of clams. Serves 2. Double for 4-5 servings.
