Fresh tuna, Grouper, red fish are good to try.

Combine all ingredients in blender and thoroughly blend. Place fresh fish in a glass baking pan and cover with marinade. Allow fish to soak in marinade a couple hours. Prepare bar-b-que grill and when ready cook the fish until flaky. Fish cooks quickly, flip once. Exterior skin should be crispy.
