SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 green pepper, cut sm. or shredded
1 med. onion, cut sm. or shredded
1 c. celery, cut sm. or shredded
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt or to taste

Combine all ingredients. Let stand overnight.
