COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp. oil, divided
2 tbsp. wheat germ
1/4 c. all purpose flour

Whirl eggs in blender; add cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon oil and wheat germ; whirl again. Add flour and whirl a few seconds more. Cook pancakes on non- stick griddle or frying pan using remaining oil. Serve hot; top with feather-weight lite syrup, maple or blueberry.
