COUNTRY CORNBREAD 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. self rising meal
1/2 c. self rising flour
Dash of salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/3 c. shortening

Mix well. Pour into HOT greased skillet, bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
