CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
2 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can each cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown beef, onions and celery in pan for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole and cook 350 degree oven 1 hour. If desired add 1 (4 ounce) can of mushrooms with other ingredients. Also 1 (3 ounce) can chow mein noodles on top just before serving.
