LAZY DAY CASSEROLE | |
2 sm. onions, chopped 1 1/2 c. diced celery 1 tbsp. oil 1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chow mein noodles Saute onions and celery in oil in skillet. Brown hamburger and drain. Add rice and soups. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle on noodles. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes longer. |
