CHOW MEIN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 c. celery, diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. (8 oz. pkg.) chow mein noodles
1 c. water

Brown ground beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients and put in large casserole. Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
