NEAPOLITAN TOMATO SALAD (ITALY) | |
Four servings: Three ripe tomatoes 4 garlic cloves (or more according to taste) Oregano Salt Fresh basil Olive oil Cut up tomatoes into bite size pieces. Sprinkle them with salt. Add halved garlic cloves, sprinkle in oregano. Add enough olive oil to make a sauce. Add a few drops of cold water. Add 2 or 3 basil leaves. Mix and refrigerate until ready to eat. |
