ORANGE CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. raw cranberries, cut in sm. pieces
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. orange juice
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix cranberries with 1/4 cup sugar. Combine the dry ingredients and stir in nuts and cranberries. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir into flour mixture. Pour in greased 9 1/4 x 4 1/2 loaf pan or 2 small bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for abut 1 hour (for big pan).
