RUSSIAN FLUFF 
1 green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can peas, drained OR 1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. cooked rice (Minute Rice okay)
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. bread crumbs

Cook green pepper and onion slowly in shortening in frying pan for about 10 minutes. Add ground meat and cook until it loses red color. Pour off liquid. Put all ingredients except bread crumbs in large baking dish and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.
