1 cube butter, softened 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. unbleached white flour Jam (see recipe) Cream butter and cheese. Work in flour. Roll very thin. Cut in 2 1/2 inch squares. On each square place 1/2 teaspoon jam and 1/4 English walnut. Fold corner to corner. Seal with fork. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned. Makes 24 tarts.
