BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
9 slices bread, cubed, not crust

LAYER #2:
2 lbs. meat, fried (sausage or hamburger)
Onion
Green pepper

LAYER #3:
1 lb. grated either sharp cheese

(Save some for top.)

LAYER #4:
1 pkg. thawed hash browns

LAYER #5:

Beat and pour over: 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Top with: 1/2 c. melted butter Grated cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
