3 cups heavy whipping cream
2 lids clear rum (I use Bacardi)
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer or kitchen aid mixer until the whipping cream is thick and fluffy.
