SLEEPING DRAGON SANDWICHES 
Bread slices, toasted & halved or Melba Toast slices
Frankfurters or pimento stuffed olives or dill pickles, halved lengthwise
American or Swiss cheese slices, halved
Chow mein noodles (opt.)

Place toasted bread halves on a baking sheet. Arrange 3 pieces of frankfurter, or 3 olive halves or pickle halves on each piece of toast. For a blanket place 1/2 slice of cheese on top. For pickle 'Dragons' fold back a corner of the cheese.

Broil sandwiches about 4 inches from heat for 1 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. For the Dragon's tail, stick a chow mein noodle under the cheese.
