QUICK AND EASY LASAGNA 
This is super quick and easy. While the lasagna is in oven it gives me time to make a nice salad plus I put some garlic bread in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes.

1 lb. ground beef
1 to 2 tsp. seasoning salt (I use garlic & parsley)
1 (24 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (I use Prego)
1 (9 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (16 oz.) tub cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Boil lasagna noodles as directed on package. While water is on stove and boiling, cook the ground beef and season with seasoning salt. Drain fat. Add entire jar of spaghetti sauce and let simmer on low.

Pull out a 13x9-inch or 9x9-inch deep glass baking dish. Pour a thin layer of spaghetti sauce and meat on the bottom.

Add layer of pasta, spread cottage cheese on the pasta (distribute evenly on layers). Layer again with sauce and meat. Layer with Mozzarella cheese. Repeat steps.

Cover with foil and bake at 350°F just until cheese is melted.
