CALZONE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 lg. egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Biscuit Dough
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook meat and onion over low heat until meat is no longer pink. Do not brown. Stir with fork while cooking to break up meat. Remove from heat and cool. Mix in cheese, egg, Tabasco, salt and parsley.

Place 1 square of biscuit dough in a 9 x 9 x 1 3/4 pan. Spread meat mixture over dough. Cover with other square of dough. Brush with egg yolk. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.

BISCUIT DOUGH:

Sift 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt into bowl. Pour 1/2 cup salad oil and 2/3 cup milk in measuring cup but do not stir. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir with fork until mixture cleans sides of bowl and rounds into a ball. Smooth by kneading 10x's without additional flour. Divide in 1/2. With dough on waxed paper pat each 1/2 into 9 inch square or roll between waxed paper.
