BAKED LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch of oregano
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 1/2 c. water

Brown beef and onion; drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. 1 carton small curd cottage cheese 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese Grated Parmesan cheese

In a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish spread a thin layer of sauce. Top with 3 lasagna noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat 2 times, ending with sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until bubbly. Let cool slightly for easier cutting.
