BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
8 colossal shrimp
3 c. large dried bread crumbs (use cheese grater)
1 stick melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. parsley
Paprika to make red
Garlic salt if desired

Split shrimp lengthwise for stuffing, make sure to clean well. Combine dried bread crumb and enough butter to moisten. Add salt and pepper, parsley and garlic salt. Mix together. Stuff shrimp with mixture. Put in a baking dish, sprinkle on paprika. Pour more melted butter over each shrimp, then bake. Serve with melted butter to dip shrimp in. Makes 4 servings.
