LIME CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1 lime
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt if desired
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. white wine

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash chicken and pat dry. Grate peel from lime and set aside. Squeeze lime juice over chicken pieces and shake in a bag containing flour, salt and paprika. Heat oil in heavy skillet with cover, and brown chicken on all sides. Pour off all the oil and arrange chicken in skillet in a single layer. Combine lime peel and brown sugar and sprinkle over chicken. Add broth and wine. Bake covered at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. May garnish with lime wedges if desired.
