2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Boil butter, water, and cocoa. Beat together eggs, sour cream, vanilla and baking soda. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 11x17 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING: Boil butter, cocoa, and milk. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. pour icing over cake as soon as cake is done and out of oven.
