SAMURAI SNOW PEAS | |
2 pkg. snow peas, frozen 2 c. chicken consomme 1 tbsp. granulated sugar 2 tsp. dry white wine 1/4 tsp. soy sauce DRESSING: 1/2 c. sesame seeds 3 tbsp. dry white wine 2 tsp. granulated sugar 2 tbsp. soy sauce Combine consomme, sugar, white wine and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and add peas. Return to a boil. Reduce to moderate heat and cook until peas are tender (not more than 3-4 minutes). |
