TACO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 can mild or hot enchilada sauce
1 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. taco Dorito chips
Sliced Velveeta cheese to top

Place Doritos in oblong pan (13x9). Brown meat and place on top of Doritos. Mix soups, peppers, milk, and sauce. Pour over meat. Top with cheese. Heat at 350-375 degrees until cheese melts and all is hot.
