CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
12 slices white bread, cubed
4 c. chopped chicken
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
4 eggs
3 c. milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Cheese

Place a layer of bread in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, followed by half the chicken, the rest of the cubed bread, and remainder of chicken.

Mix together the pepper, onion, celery, mayonnaise, eggs (slightly beaten), and milk. Pour over chicken and bread layers and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven; cover with chicken soup, then cheese. Return to oven for another hour at 325 degrees.
