GLUTEN - FREE CAROB CAKE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. soya flour
1/2 c. carob flour

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place the first 3 ingredients in blender; liquify and pour over the flours in a bowl. Mix well and place in an oiled pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Watch closely, burns easily.
