Ritz crackers (about 60), crushed
1/3 c. sugar
1 stick softened butter

Mix together. Pour crumb mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve a little for topping. Press mixture into pan.

FILLING:

2 pkg. Dream Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate

Mix Dream Whip according to instructions. Add the milk and lemonade; mix thoroughly. Pour over crumb mixture. Top with reserved crumb mixture. Keep refrigerate. (For dash of color, sprinkle lightly with colored sugar.)
