LIME BUTTER CHICKEN (Or Turkey) 
Chicken or turkey breasts
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in frying pan, saute chicken on 1 side for 5 minutes, turn chicken over and cook on reduced heat for 10 minutes in covered pan. Remove chicken and discard fat.

In same pan cook lime juice until it bubbles. Add and stir butter until it bubbles and forms a thickened sauce. Add chives and dill weed. Spoon over chicken.
