OATMEAL TARTS 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. King or corn syrup
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix well.

DOUGH:

1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
5 tbsp. ice water

Mix flour and butter together until well blended. Add water and form into dough. Press dough into muffin pans to form bottom crust. Fill 1/2 full with oatmeal filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
