1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. stick butter (firm)
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. chopped nuts
2 lb. powdered sugar

Melt together cheese and butter in large pan. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cocoa and nuts. Mix well. Stir in sugar (be sure to put in powdered sugar last). Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Let set at room temperature for at least 8 hours.
