LILLIE'S PECAN CANDY 
2 c. pecans
1 c. coconut, optional
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cocoa
Dash of salt
1 bar butter
1/2 can evaporated milk enough to stir mixture

Mix all ingredients except pecans and or coconut. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly. When it reaches a rolling boil pour in pecans and or coconut. Stir until mixture begins to stick to the sides of the pot. Remove from heat and stir until it starts to get very thick. Quickly pour into a greased 9 x 12 dish. Let cool and then cut into square pieces.
