FROZEN FRAPPUCCINO 
1 1/2 c. cold coffee
1/2 c. whole milk
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. chocolate syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. crushed ice or ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional)

Combine coffee, milk, sugar, chocolate syrup, and salt in a blender.

Mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to dissolve sugar. Add vanilla extract and ice. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stir with a spoon if necessary to help blend. Pour into individual glasses. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Serves four 8 oz. portions.
