BANANA BREAD 
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. splenda sweetener granulated
1/4 c. butter - melted
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract
2 bananas mashed

Sift dry ingredients together. Combine butter, egg & almond extract. Add to first mixture stirring until flour is moistened. Fold in mashed bananas. Put in 9 inch well greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F about 1 hour.

Exchange per serving: 3/4 inch slice = 1 bread 1/2 fat, 1/3 fruit; 110 calories.
