VINAIGRETTE GREEN BEANS 
1 can whole long green beans
1 can waxed beans (yellow)
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. salad vinegar
2 tbsp. pimento
1/2 green pepper, circle cut
1/4 onion (thinly cut in little circles)
Dash black pepper

Place cans of green beans in the refrigerator until ready to mix.

Mix all of the ingredients: olive oil, vinegar, pimento and pepper. Shake well to mix.

Place the green beans in a medium sized bowl. Pour 1/2 of the mixture on top of the beans. Put the cut onions and bell pepper on top. Pour the remaining mixture on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Very delicious. Serves 6-8.
