ANY NUMBER BEAN SALAD FOR THE
MASSES
 
2 pkg. frozen French cut green beans, cook briefly, blanch - or 2 cans French
cut green beans
1 can wax beans
2 cans kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can Roman beans
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
Jar of pimentos, chopped
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

1. Drain beans, water chestnuts, sprouts (mix, match, add to, or delete from this first group of 7 ingredients).

2. Mix first 7 ingredients with the next 6 (onions through oil).

3. Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves; stir.

4. Mix all together and refrigerate.

5. Best if made at least 2 days ahead.
