HEARTY ITALIAN SOUP 
1 lb. bulk mild Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
28 oz. can tomatoes, undrained, cut up
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 tbsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon or 3 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 to 1 c. small shell or ring macaroni
Shredded Mozzarella, cheddar or American cheese

In large saucepan, brown sausage, green pepper and onion; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except macaroni and cheese. Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Stir in macaroni, cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Top individual servings with cheese. Serves 6 (1 1/3 cup servings).
