GLEN'S LEG OF LAMB 
Leg of lamb
2 cloves garlic
Black pepper
White wine
Paprika
Onion, sliced

Marinate meat in white wine for about 2 hours. Place in pan, shred garlic cloves and apply to surface, add paprika to entire surface and cover with black pepper. Place onion slices all over meat. Bake, uncovered at 300 degrees for about 4 hours. Baste every so often to insure saturation of wine sauce.
