GERMAN PANCAKE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted

Beat eggs until fluffy. Mix in milk, flour, salt and butter. Pour into an 8 or 9-inch greased pan. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes, then turn heat to 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Serve. Sprinkle powdered sugar and melted butter over top. Can serve with fruit compote or syrup.
