4 apples, sliced thin
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sifted flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Peel, core and slice apples thin. Beat the eggs and milk and vanilla. Sift in flour and salt. Beat until smooth, fold in the apples.

Melt butter in 11-inch skillet with oven proof handle and pour the mixture into it. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Tear apart with 2 forks into 2 inch pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
