GINGER BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. fine whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 c. maple syrup 1/4 c. honey 1/2 (8 oz.) carton yogurt 1 egg Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a fork. Combine the liquid ingredients, mixing together, then add to dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done at 375 degrees. Let cool in pan and cut. |
