GINGER BREAD MEN | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. molasses 1 egg 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. baking soda Ungreased pan at 350 degrees. Use enough flour to make stiff and easy to handle (3 to 3 1/2 cups). Refrigerate flour hands to handle, make balls and roll, place on pan. Have parts barely touching. They spread out. Bake 13 to 15 minutes. Remove quickly from pan. Wrap in Saran Wrap and hang on tree to soften. Then eat. |
