CURRIED SHRIMP SATE 
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, cleaned
1/4 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp. aromatic curry powder (Sharwood's is good)
Bamboo skewers

Marinate shrimp in salad dressing for 2 hours or more. Soak skewers in water. Skewer shrimp on two skewers, railroad track style to prevent curling. Sprinkle with curry powder. Broil or barbecue until shrimp are done.
